1General Terms & Conditions

Hbajii (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of hbajii's services.

By visiting our website, creating an account, or playing any game, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2Account Register

Each person may operate only one account. Using the same name, address, email, or phone number across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, and accurate contact information.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for account verification (KYC).
• Keeping your account password secure is the sole responsibility of the user.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to us immediately.

3Deposits & Payments

Hbajii currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and other approved payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large transactions may require additional verification.

All deposits are processed instantly. If a deposit fails for any reason, the funds will be returned automatically. Deposits made through third parties or from mobile banking accounts registered under another person's name are not permitted.

• Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Please use the correct reference number when making a deposit.
• If you experience any issues with a deposit, contact support within 24 hours.
• Hbajii does not charge any deposit fees.

4Withdrawal Policy

To make a withdrawal, your account must have a sufficient balance and KYC verification must be complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes, though during peak times it may take up to 24 hours.

Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same method used for the deposit — meaning funds will be sent to the same mobile number that was used to deposit. This policy is a necessary measure to prevent money laundering.

• The daily maximum withdrawal limit is BDT 50,000 (separate limits apply for VIP members).
• Multiple withdrawal requests may be made on the same day.
• To cancel a withdrawal, you must notify us before processing has begun.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Hbajii offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the offer page. It is important to read those terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies once to the first deposit. Any attempt to abuse the bonus or claim it through multiple accounts will result in account termination and forfeiture of the bonus.

• Wagering requirements are typically 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses must be used within a specified time period after they are credited.
• Some games do not contribute toward bonus wagering — please check the offer details.
• Hbajii reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred friend must make a deposit and play games themselves.

6Gaming Rules

All games on the hbajii platform are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is completely random and impartial. No manipulation of results is possible, and hbajii never engages in any such practice.

The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is listed on the game page. If a round is left incomplete due to a technical issue, it will be resolved in accordance with the system logs.

• In Sports Betting, official results shall be considered final.
• If your internet connection is lost during a game, any active bets will still stand.
• Any abnormal winnings resulting from a software error will be considered void.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hbajii. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and all funds held may be forfeited.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Engaging in money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Harassing or threatening other players.
• Attempting to hack or breach the security of the hbajii system.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Hbajii reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without cause. However, if an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any valid balance remaining will be refunded.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance in your account.

• If your account is closed due to a terms violation, deposited funds may not be refunded.
• Any winnings obtained through prohibited activities will be forfeited.
• Accounts can be placed on a temporary break upon a responsible gaming request.

9Responsible Gaming

Hbajii believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We want every member to enjoy gaming in a healthy and responsible way.
